4. Complaints and contact
To complain, email complaints@zayzaktransport.com with your booking reference, or use Get help on your ride page. We aim to reply within 5 working days. How we handle complaints, and what you can do if you're not happy with our answer, is in our terms.
For an urgent problem with a ride, our 24-hour line is 020 3886 1965. We don't take bookings by phone. Everything else: Help centre.
