Meet at the terminal, 60 minutes free waiting
Your chauffeur waits free for sixty minutes from your pickup time, so flight delays and passport queues are covered. After that, waiting is charged by the minute.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. Your chauffeur checks it before setting off and plans the pickup around your actual landing, not the scheduled time, at no extra cost.
Where do I meet my chauffeur?
Your ride page shows your chauffeur's name, car and number plate, and you can message or call them there once they're on their way. Add any meeting instructions in the pickup notes when you book.
Is the price fixed, or does it change if traffic is bad?
Fixed. The price you're quoted for the route is the price you pay — traffic, road closures, and a slower-than-usual drive don't change it.
