Cookie policy
Last updated 18 October 2026
This page lists the cookies and similar browser storage the Zayzak Transport website uses, and why.
1. What we use
We only use cookies and browser storage that the website needs to work. Because they're strictly necessary, they don't need your consent, and we don't show a cookie banner.
| Name | Type | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| zt_session | Cookie | Keeps you signed in to your account, the driver app or the admin area. | 30 days, or until you sign out |
| zt_oauth | Cookie | Protects the Google sign-in step against forgery. | 10 minutes |
| zt_draft_v3 | Local storage | Remembers the ride you're booking as you move between steps. | Until the booking is made or you clear it |
| zt_bookings, zt_profile | Local storage | Remembers bookings made on this device and details you typed, to save you retyping them. | Until you clear your browser's storage |
| zt_nav_app | Local storage | Driver app: remembers which navigation app a chauffeur chose. | Until you clear your browser's storage |
| zt_pending_payment | Session storage | Keeps your booking on screen while the card payment finishes. | Until you close the tab |
2. Other services on our pages
SumUp shows the card payment form. It may use cookies or similar technology to process your payment securely and prevent fraud, under SumUp's privacy notice.
Google Maps provides address search and maps. When these load, Google receives your IP address and browser details, under Google's privacy policy.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your consent first.
3. Controlling them
You can delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings at any time. If you do, you'll be signed out and any booking in progress on this device will be cleared. Bookings you've made are still saved with us: sign in or use the link in your confirmation email to see them.
